Gifts of parting, artwork for the joy of giving, friends of the heart. I have just completed two piece of artwork for a friend, a very dear friend that has decide to move away to pastures new. To make a new life for herself and to for fill her dreams and heart desires. Even though I shall miss her deeply I shall be glad to see her go to finds what she need in her life, but also knowing that I have such a lovely friend and she has me.

Change is a place that doesn’t sit well with me, it can be a scary place full of fear and worries, I wonder to myself how can I make this transition work better for me as everything need to change. I need to change. I know from experiences that change works and I come out of it into a better place, but that does not stop me from resisting or letteing go and trusting the process, I am such a place now, and I am at a loss at what to do

Portrait of an Artist

Another exciting week as once again I find myself looking up from the glossy page of a magazine. I was contacted by Soul and Sprit, and gave my first interview over the phone. Being asked question about my life beliefs and thoughts. I stand proudly with my beautiful unicorns, giving out to the world even more information about myself. How strange it is to read about one self and to see ones words put together in such a lovely way.

Who shall read this I ask? What kind of feed back shall I have? It is a lovely feeling to see my work getting out to other people and I feel very proud, and happy.

Dream time

Dreams are strong and vivid, my artwork is leading me to a new place. My inner voice says, “Stay strong with your dreams, and as your heart grows with love and joy, so shall things come too you; be brave and know that everything is as it should be, and that no dream is too small or out of your reach”.

No Hiding In Shadows
Life in shadows fulfils no one, staying in the darkness afraid of ones own light. I can see why it is easier to hide in the shadows in these safe places, no one can see the true beauty of your soul not even yourself. Do you not long to shine and fulfil those hidden dreams, to rises above the limits of your own fears and judgements and your own self worth? Come into the light and feel the magic of the unicorns. Call out our names, and make steps towards your dreams.

Woodland Wonderland
Walk into the woods today my friends Fill your lungs with fresh clean air. Hear the birds sing songs of joy to fill your soul and let the magic of the unicorn’s step nearer. Be uplifted and inspired. There is nothing there but wonder and delight and you can find peace in these sacred places. Hear the call of small voices for they will help you follow your hearts desires. Then you will know the call of the unicorns, for such gifts come in these enchanted places. Go forth into the woods and take a step home.

I Long to smell fresh air

Looking at this little work of art has made me think of lush green trees and still mirror like ponds, were blossoms from the trees float around in cool still waters. I long for such moments, and what happy thoughts have come to mind.

How exciting it is to see your name in print and your artwork staring up at you from the page. This is how I have being feeling this week as my Artwork is in the lovely magazine called Kindred Spirit.

Spiritual Art From The Heart, that is what the article is called me and my unicorns can be seen in all our glory. I hope something good comes of this, I know it will.

I feel that I am guided to do certain kinds of artwork. I have always felt that way. It is as if I am being led to see the beauty of my life and the world around me and reflect this in my artwork, It is not always a visual pictures of angels that happens, sometimes it is all about how they make me feel and this manifest itself in my artwork. It brings me joy and happiness.
